Transparency International's dismal report card for UN troop contributing countries

The New York Times today reported on a study by the NGO Transparency International of the countries that contribute troops and police to UN peacekeeping missions. Six of the 30 countries that contribute the most personnel -- Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Egypt, Morocco and Togo -- received failing grades for corruption.
