Who's been reading this blog?

The Department of Defense recently issued its Annual Report to Congress: Military and Security Developments Involving the People’s Republic of China 2016 .  This contributor notes that the authors say: "Xi also announced the creation of a new PLA Politics and Law Commission, mirroring a similar party organization that oversees legal and judicial issues in the state bureaucracy," while her December 2, 2015 post on this blog discusses: "the establishment of a Central Military Commission (CMC) Disciplinary Commission and Political-Legal Committee, with the military courts, procuratorate, legal and security authorities, a counterpart to the civilian Central Political-Legal Committee... "
